ONE-BOWL CHOC MUFFINS with HEALTHY CHOC FROSTING (vegan, oil-free, gluten-free*) 🍫😍 Save this for a super easy and delicious snack idea! ⁣

Literally just throw everything in one big bowl, give it a mix & bake it – it’s that easy! I used my favourite plant-based chocolate almond milk by almondbreezeaus for an extra chocolate kick 🌟 so good! ⁣

Here is the recipe ➡️⁣

ONE-BOWL CHOC MUFFINS with HEALTHY CHOC FROSTING (vegan, oil-free, gluten-free*)⁣

Makes: 6 muffins⁣

INGREDIENTS:⁣
✅ 1/2 cup oat flour (can use GF oats) ⁣
✅ 3/4 cup almond meal ⁣
✅ 1 tablespoon tapioca starch (or cornflour)⁣
✅ 1 teaspoon baking powder⁣
✅ 1/2 teaspoon salt ⁣
✅ 2 tablespoons cocoa powder⁣
✅ 1/4 cup maple syrup ⁣
✅ 1/2 cup almondbreezeaus chocolate almond milk ⁣
*Optional: chocolate chips to stir in ⁣

HEALTHY CHOC FROSTING:⁣
✅ 1/4 cup runny almond butter ⁣
✅ 1 tablespoon cocoa powder ⁣
✅ 1 1/2 tablespoons maple syrup ⁣
✅ 2 tablespoons almondbreezeaus chocolate almond milk ⁣
**Optional: 1-2 pieces of melted chocolate ⁣

METHOD:⁣
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C/350 degrees F, fan-forced. Line 6 muffin holes with liners or use a silicone mould like I did⁣
2. In a bowl, mix together all the ingredients until no lumps remain⁣
3. Divide the batter amongst the 6 muffin holes⁣
4. Bake for 16-18 minutes until a knife inserted comes out almost clean. Make sure you leave it a tiny bit wet so its fudgy.⁣
5. Remove from the oven and place in the fridge to help cool quicker⁣
6. Once the muffins have cooled down, make the frosting by whisking together the ingredients until smooth. Decorate each muffin with the frosting.⁣
*Storage tips: in an airtight container in the fridge for up to 5 days, or frozen for months.⁣
