NUTTY CHOC CHUNK GRANOLA BARS (vegan) 🥜✨ Try this delicious energy-packed bar recipe and thank me later! 🤪⁣

These bars would make the perfect portable breakfast or post-workout snack as contain oats and protein powder for extra nourishing carbohydrates & protein.⁣

I used pantry staples like oats, maple, tahini and nuts from thesourcewestendbrisbane along with some of my other fave products tagged in the ingredients below to create this!⁣

Here is the recipe ➡️⁣

NUTTY CHOC CHUNK GRANOLA BARS (vegan) ⁣

Makes: 9 bars ⁣
Dry:⁣
✅1 cup of nuts of choice (I used a mix of cashews & sliced almonds) ⁣
✅1 cup quick oats ⁣
✅1/2 cup flour ⁣
✅1/4 cup vegan vanilla protein powder ( I used macr0mike – my discount code is “amb-chen”)⁣
✅50g dairy-free chocolate, chopped (I used bennettonaturalfoods )⁣

Wet:⁣
✅1/3 cup nut butter (I used noya.nutbutter macadamia )⁣
✅2 tablespoons tahini ⁣
✅2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted ⁣
✅1/2 cup maple syrup ⁣

Topping:⁣
✅ 50g dairy-free chocolate⁣

METHOD: ⁣
1. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Line a loaf tin with non-stick paper⁣
2. In a large bowl, mix together all the dry ingredients ⁣
3. In a seperate bowl, whisk together all the wet ingredients until smooth⁣
4. Pour the wet mixture into the dry mix and stir together until no dry lumps remain ⁣
5. Transfer this mixture to the lined tin and press down firmly to form a flat even layer ⁣
6. Bake for 20-22 minutes until golden⁣
7. Remove from the oven and allow the slice to cool down completely (you can pop it in the freezer or fridge to speed up the process) ⁣
8. Met the chocolate and drizzle it over the granola slice. ⁣
9. Cut the slice into 8 bars and serve! ⁣

*Storage tips: in an airtight container at room temperature for up to 3 days, the fridge for a week or in the freezer for months ⁣
