I love using quick oats to make my oatmeal because it means I can prepare it in the microwave in minimal time! Lately I’ve been using the organic quick oats by ceresorganicsau ! They also have a great range of breakfast goodies like rolled oats, granola and nut butters. I love that their products are certified organic so I know there are no unwanted chemicals in my breakfast 🌟⁣

The combination of rich cocoa and citrus here is seriously heavenly! Here is the recipe ➡️⁣
 ⁣
JAFFA PROATS (vegan, high-protein)⁣
 ⁣
Makes: 1 bowl⁣
INGREDIENTS:⁣
✅ 3/4 cup ceresorganicsau quick oats⁣
✅ 1 1/2 cups non-dairy milk (I used oat)⁣
✅ 1 tablesooon cocoa powder⁣
✅ 1 teapspoon orange essence⁣
✅ 1 scoop (40g) vegan chocolate protein powder⁣
 ⁣
Toppings: ⁣
– Dried oranges⁣
– Chocolate almond butter⁣
– Chocolate⁣
– Coconut⁣
 ⁣
METHOD:⁣
1. Mix together the quick oats and non-dairy milk⁣
2. Microwave for 60 seconds. It should come out still a bit watery⁣
3. Stir in the cocoa powder, orange essence & protein powder. Microwave for another 60 seconds. If it appears too dry you can add a dash more milk⁣
4. Decorate with toppings you like! I used chocolate almond butter, fruit, coconut  and chocolate⁣
