EASY ICED LEMON TEA DONUTS (vegan) 🍋 Brighten your week with a zesty batch of these donuts! Perfect for entertaining, potlucks and picnics too 😍⁣

I whipped up these super soft, moist and zesty lemon tea donuts! I infused the new Citrus Zing Cold Brew T2tea into both the cake base and icing simply by soaking the tea bag in liquid for 10 minutes and I love the subtle hibiscus & lemongrass tones that it brought to this donut ✨ ⁣

Here is the recipe ➡️⁣

EASY ICED LEMON TEA DONUTS (vegan) ⁣

Makes: 12 donuts ⁣

INGREDIENTS:⁣
Dry:⁣
✅ 2 cups self-raising flour⁣
✅ 3/4 cup sugar⁣

Wet:⁣
✅ 2 tablespoons lemon juice ⁣
✅ 3/4 cup non-dairy milk ⁣
✅ 1 bag t2tea Citrus Zing Cold Brew tea⁣
✅ 1/4 cup olive oil ⁣
*Optional: 1 teaspoon vanilla extract ⁣

Icing:⁣
✅ 1 cup icing sugar ⁣
✅ 1 bag t2tea Citrus Zing Cold Brew tea⁣
✅ 2 tablespoons lemon juice ⁣

METHOD:⁣
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees Celsius/ 350 degrees Fahrenheit, fan-forced. Prepare silicone two donut trays.⁣
2. In a bowl, mix the wet ingredients together. Soak a bag of tea in the wet mixture for 10 minutes to allow it to infuse. ⁣
3. In another large bowl, add the flour & sugar. ⁣
4. After 10 minutes, remove the e tea bag from the wet mixture. Then pour this into the dry mix. Gently fold until no flour remains ⁣
5. Divide the batter evenly amongst the 12 donut holes, filling it up 3/4 of the way ⁣
6. Bake in the oven for 15-17 mins until a knife inserted comes out clean⁣
7. Remove the donuts from the oven and allow it to fully cool before icing⁣
8. ICING: infuse the tea bag in the lemon juice for 10 minutes. Remove the tea bag and then whisk in the icing sugar until smooth and thick⁣
9. Grabbing one donut at a time, dip half in the frosting to coat. *Optional sprinkle coconut on top to decorate⁣

Enjoy!! I hope you make some to share with your loved ones ✨⁣
