Here is the recipe ➡️⁣

CARAMEL CHOC CHIP PIZOOKIE (vegan) ⁣

Makes: 1 cookie pizza ⁣

INGREDIENTS:⁣
Wet:⁣
✅1/2 cup white sugar ⁣
✅1/4 cup brown sugar ⁣
✅1/4 cup naturescharm salted caramel sauce ⁣
✅1/4 cup coconut oil, melted ⁣
✅1/4 cup almond milk (or other plant milk)⁣
Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract⁣

Dry:⁣
✅1 1/2 cups self-raising flour ⁣
✅50g non-dairy chocolate, chopped⁣

Toppings:⁣
✅ non-dairy chocolate, melted⁣
✅ naturescharm salted caramel sauce⁣
✅ Oreo cookies, chopped ⁣

METHOD:⁣
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C/ 350 degrees F, fan-forced. Line a baking tray with non-stick paper ⁣
2. In a large bowl, whisk together all the wet ingredients until the sugars have dissolved⁣
3. Sift the flour into the wet mixture and use a spatula to fold everything together until no dry flour remains and a cookie dough forms ⁣
4. Stir the chocolate chunks through the dough⁣
5. Transfer the cookie dough onto the lined tray, spread it out into a rectangle (or circle)⁣
6. Bake it in the oven for 15-18 minutes until the outside is golden brown. Remove from the oven and allow the cookies to cool before removing. They will be very soft and firm up a bit as they cool. ⁣
**Storage tips: in an airtight container at room temp for 1 week ⁣

I hope you guys whip up a batch for your next picnic/party/ or just as a treat for yourself! Definitely let me know if you try it 🥳⁣
