CHOC HAZELNUT CARAMEL BAKED OATS (vegan, single-serve, high-protein) 🍫🍯 Save this delicious recipe for your next breakfast or post-workout meal! ✨ ⁣

I decided to fancy up my baked oats using pantry staples from thesourcewestendbrisbane my favourite butterscotch caramel sauce by naturescharm ! It worked magic with the dark choc chips and crunchy hazelnuts 👌🏼 ⁣

Definitely my fave oat cake to date! Here is the recipe ➡️⁣

CHOC HAZELNUT CARAMEL BAKED OATS (vegan, single-serve, high-protein)⁣

INGREDIENTS:⁣
✅ 2/3 cup rolled oats⁣
✅ 2 tablespoons vegan vanilla protein powder (I used macr0mike vanilla buttercream – my discount code is “amb-chen”) ⁣
✅ 1/2 ripe banana⁣
✅ 2 tablespoons naturescharm butterscotch sauce (can sub for maple syrup)⁣
✅ 1/2 teaspoon baking powder ⁣
✅ 1/2 cup non-dairy milk ⁣
✅ 2 tablespoons dairy-free chocolate chips ⁣
✅ Handful of hazelnuts ⁣

✅ Extra naturescharm butterscotch sauce for drizzling on top ⁣

METHOD:⁣
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C/350 degrees F. Grease a ramekin with non-stick spray (mine was 8cm in diameter) ⁣⁣⁣
2. Add the oats to a blender and blend until a fine flour forms. Then add in the protein powder, banana, caramel sauce, baking powder & milk. Blend together until no lumps remain ⁣⁣⁣
3. Transfer this to the ramekin, sprinkle the choc chips & hazelnut over the batter.⁣
4. Bake for 16-18 mins. (*Optional: drizzle more caramel sauce over the top before serving)⁣
5. Serve warm! ⁣

Enjoy! Definitely tag me if you try it because I’d love to see! Happy Sunday friends! 💓 ⁣
