Here is the recipe ➡️⁣

6-INGREDIENT CASHEW CHOC CHIP COOKIE DOUGH PROTEIN BALLS (vegan, GF, one-bowl) ⁣

MAKES: 8-10 balls ⁣

INGREDIENTS:⁣
✅1 1/2 cup almond meal (mine is from thesourcewestendbrisbane ) ⁣
✅1 scoop (40g) vegan caramel protein powder ( I used macr0mike – discount code “amb-chen”) ⁣
✅ 2 tablespoons coconut oil, melted ⁣
✅1/4 cup cashew butter (I used noya.nutbutter ) ⁣
✅1/4 cup maple syrup ⁣
✅ 25g dairy-free chocolate, chopped (I used bennettonaturalfoods dark )⁣
*optional: dash of non-dairy milk if required ⁣

✅ 75g dairy-free chocolate for coating ⁣

METHOD: ⁣
1. DRY: In a large bowl, mix the almond meal and protein powder together ⁣
2. Add in the cashew butter, maple syrup & coconut oil⁣
3. Stir until a cookie dough forms. If it’s too dry, you can add a dash of non-dairy milk as needed until then mixture comes together ⁣
4. Fold the choc chips through the cookie dough ⁣
5. Divide the dough into 8-10 equal portions and roll into balls.⁣
6. Make the coating by melting the chocolate and roll the balls in the chocolate to coat⁣

*Storage tips: in the fridge for up to 2 weeks or in the freezer for months, allowing it to thaw at room temperature for a few mins before serving ⁣

Enjoy these tasty truffles! Let me know if you try these 🥰 Happy Friday friends 💕⁣
