4-INGREDIENT PB TIRAMSU CHOC MOUSSE (vegan, GF) 🍫😍 You guys need to add this creamy, rich decadent mousse for your next dessert night! ✨⁣

I don’t know about you, but peanut butter, coffee and chocolate is seriously a winning flavour combo for me! 🤩⁣

In this recipe I used naturescharm coconut whipping cream to get that super light and creamy topping and also for the texture of the mousse itself! ⁣

Here is the recipe ➡️⁣

4-INGREDIENT PB TIRAMISU CHOC MOUSSE (vegan, GF)⁣

Makes: 4 pots⁣
INGREDIENTS:⁣
✅ 1 tin (400ml) coconut cream (I used naturescharm coconut whipping cream) ⁣
✅ 50g non-dairy dark chocolate ⁣
✅ 1 shot espresso (or 2 teaspoons of instant coffee dissolved in 1 tablespoon water)⁣
✅ 2 tablespoons peanut butter (I used macr0mike powdered peanut butter + 1 tablespoon liquid) ⁣
*Optional: liquid sweetener e.g. maple syrup to sweeten ⁣

METHOD:⁣
1. Prepare 4 cups/glasses and set aside⁣
2. Empty the coconut cream into a large bowl. Using an electric beater, whip the cream for 2 minutes until light and fluffy. ⁣
4. Scoop out 4 tablespoons of the coconut cream into a separate bowl and reserve it for later.⁣
5. Melt the chocolate and pour it into the large bowl with the coconut cream. Add in the espresso, and optional sweetener. Continue to whip the cream for 30-60 seconds until a smooth & silky mousse forms ⁣
6. Divide the chocolate mousse into 4 cups. Spoon a tablespoon of the reserved coconut cream on top and drizzle with peanut butter⁣
7. Place the cups in the fridge for at least 30 minutes to slightly set the mousse before serving ⁣
