4-INGREDIENT COOKIE BUTTER CAKE (vegan) 🍪🍰 SAVE this super easy & tasty recipe for your next baking adventure ✨ ⁣

I made this simple yet extremely tasty cake using Lotus Biscoff cookie butter and naturescharm coconut whipping cream which worked a gem 🙌🏼 It definitely does not taste like there are only 4 ingredients! ⁣

Here is the recipe ➡️⁣

4-INGREDIENT COOKIE BUTTER CAKE (vegan) ⁣

INGREDIENTS:⁣
Cake: ⁣
✅ 2 cups self-raising flour⁣
✅ 3/4 cup coconut sugar (or brown sugar)⁣
✅ 1/2 cup cookie butter spread⁣
✅ 1 cup coconut cream (I used naturescharm coconut whipping cream )⁣
*Optional: 1 tsp vanilla extract⁣

Frosting:⁣
✅ 3 tablespoons cookie butter ⁣
✅ 2 tablespoons coconut cream ⁣
*Optional: crumbled lotus biscuits for decoration ⁣

METHOD:⁣
1. Preheat the oven to 175 degrees C/ 350 degrees F. Line a square baking tin with non-stick paper ⁣
2. Open a can of coconut cream. Scoop out the top two tablespoons of thick cream and set it aside to use later for the frosting ⁣
3. In a large bowl, mix together the coconut cream and cookie butter until smooth. (*You may need to heat up cookie butter a little if it’s cold)⁣
4. Add in the flour and sugar, mix until a thick batter forms ⁣
5. Transfer the batter to the prepared baking tin. Bake for 20-25 minutes until a knife inserted comes out clean ⁣
6. Picard the cake into the fridge to cool quicker⁣
7. In the meantime, make the frosting: add the reserved coconut cream and cookie butter into a bowl. Use an electric beater to whip the ingredients for 1-2 minutes until smooth and fluffy. ⁣
8. When the cake is fully cool, spread the frosting over the cake. Optional sprinkle crumbled biscuits over the frosting. Return. The cake to the fridge for 30 minutes to set the frosting to set before slicing.⁣
