2-INGREDIENT PROTEIN “COOKIE DOUGH” (vegan, GF, oil-free, macro-friendly) 😍🍪 Sharing this old fave because I literally made a bowl of this for myself last night and it was delish 😋⁣

This would be a great post-workout snack, healthy dessert or breakfast-on-the-go! Plus it’s super versatile as you can jazz it up in different ways by throwing in different mix ins ✨⁣

Here is the recipe ➡️⁣

2-INGREDIENT PROTEIN “COOKIE DOUGH” (vegan, GF, oil-free, macro-friendly) ⁣

Serves: 2 (per serve: cal: 252, P: 22g, F: 9g, C: 17g )⁣

INGREDIENTS:⁣
✅1 cup non-diary yoghurt (I used cashew)⁣
✅1 1/2 scoops (60g) vegan cookie dough protein powder (I used macr0mike – my discount code is “amb-chen”)⁣

*Optional: Mix ins of choice: I used purabon protein ball chunks, choc chips & nuts ⁣

METHOD: ⁣
1. Mix the protein powder with the yoghurt until no lumps remain and the yoghurt thickens to a “cookie dough” consistency ⁣
2. Stir in any mix ins of your choice if you want, and then dig in! ⁣
